This study aims to analyze the benefits provided by cloud computing for individuals and companies, as well as to compare it with the traditional computing model. The research is characterized as qualitative, based on a bibliographic review of articles, books, and scientific publications between 2015 and 2024. The analysis shows that cloud computing offers advantages such as cost reduction, scalability, flexibility, remote access, and greater operational efficiency. On the other hand, the traditional model provides greater control over data and independence from internet connectivity. Information security aspects are also discussed, as they are essential in cloud environments. The results indicate that the adoption of cloud computing has grown significantly in Brazil and worldwide, driven by digital transformation and the need for more dynamic technological solutions. It is concluded that cloud computing has become a strategic alternative, although it still requires attention regarding data security and governance. However, one of the main challenges encountered is balancing the use of these environments with the control of financial and operational costs. Given this scenario, the implementation of data-driven strategies and informed decisions becomes essential, with FinOps serving as a solution to these problems. Two scenarios were analyzed to demonstrate the impact of FinOps: the first in a controlled environment using simple shutdown automations to reduce costs, and the second based on a case study of a real organization that applied different FinOps practices. Both scenarios yielded results that demonstrated the viability of FinOps in optimizing costs and improving operational performance. The results reveal a low overall compliance rate (31,3%), with significant disparities among economic sectors. This work proposes a comparative analysis between the mobile versions of the Hand Talk and VLibras applications, using James Gibson's concepts of Affordance and Donald Norman's Perception of Use as a theoretical basis. The central objective is to examine how the layout of visual elements and the behavior of 3D avatars guide interaction on touch screens. Through a qualitative approach, based on the method of direct systematic observation guided by the literature, the interaction flows and present cognitive obstacles (gulfs of execution and evaluation) were mapped. The results demonstrate that design strategies that directly expose functionalities on the interface reduce cognitive load, while minimalist approaches tend to hide affordances, requiring a greater effort for discovery. It is concluded that accessibility in assistive technologies depends intrinsically on semiotic clarity and the presence of explicit visual signifiers to consolidate user autonomy.
