Abstract: Wheat cultivation is of high economic and nutritional importance, but its productivity is strongly influenced by the availability of nitrogen, a nutrient that represents a significant portion of production costs. In this context, inoculation with Azospirillum brasilense can contribute to better nitrogen utilization by plants. The objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of nitrogen applied as topdressing associated with A. brasilense inoculation on the development and agronomic components of the wheat cultivar BRS 264. The experiment was conducted in a greenhouse at the Instituto Federal Goiano – Campus Hidrolândia, using a randomized block design in a 5 × 2 factorial scheme, with four replications. Five nitrogen doses applied as topdressing were evaluated, corresponding to 0, 25, 50, 75, and 100% of the recommended dose of 80 kg ha⁻¹, combined with the presence and absence of inoculation. The data were subjected to analysis of variance and the Scott-Knott test at 5% probability. There was a significant interaction between nitrogen doses and inoculation for tiller number, number of leaves per tiller, number of ears, reproductive part mass, shelled grain mass, and harvest index. In the absence of nitrogen topdressing, inoculation provided the best results for these variables. At doses of 25, 75, and 100%, inoculation generally did not promote significant differences, while at the 50% dose, an inverse response occurred for tiller number and leaves per tiller, with higher values in non-inoculated plants. It is concluded that inoculation showed a greater contribution in the absence of nitrogen topdressing, but does not fully replace nitrogen fertilization.; FUNDAÇÃO DE APOIO À PESQUISA - FUNAPE

O armazenamento é uma etapa fundamental para a manutenção da qualidade das sementes na&#xD;
entressafra, visto que a utilização de sementes de alta qualidade é essencial para se atingir a&#xD;
produtividade desejada. Assim, objetivou-se com este trabalho verificar a influência do&#xD;
armazenamento na qualidade fisiológica de sementes de soja de diferentes cultivares. As&#xD;
sementes analisadas foram das cultivares AS 74I77RSF IPRO – FOCO e NEO 680 IPRO,&#xD;
armazenadas em bags em ambiente climatizado durante 120 dias com as análises realizadas a&#xD;
cada 60 dias. As sementes foram caracterizadas quanto ao teor de água, germinação,&#xD;
emergência, envelhecimento acelerado, tetrazólio, condutividade elétrica, cor e massa&#xD;
específica aparente. Para as sementes da cultivar AS 74I77 RSF IPRO – FOCO, os resultados&#xD;
oscilaram sendo que aos 2 meses houve redução dos resultados de germinação e teor de água&#xD;
e consequentemente aumento de condutividade elétrica, indicando redução da qualidade das&#xD;
sementes neste período. Já em relação a cultivar NEO 780, aos 4 meses o envelhecimento&#xD;
acelerado e a condutividade elétrica apresentaram resultados que indicaram perda de&#xD;
qualidade, em contrapartida a massa específica e o teor de água, tiveram acréscimo nos&#xD;
resultados. Diante disso, todas as características avaliadas foram influenciadas pelo tempo de&#xD;
armazenamento, evidenciando que a partir de 2 meses a qualidade das sementes pode ser&#xD;
afetada negativamente.&#xD;

      <title>GEOTECNOLOGIAS APLICADAS AO MANEJO AGRÍCOLA: ESTÁGIO CURRICULAR NA PRISMA INTELIGÊNCIA AGRONÔMICA</title>

Abstract: The mandatory curricular internship was carried out at Prisma Inteligência Agronômica, located in Rio Verde, Goiás, from February to June 2026, with the objective of monitoring and performing activities related to the application of geotechnologies in the processing and integration of information used in agricultural management. The activities were conducted in the geoprocessing department and included receiving, organizing, standardizing, and checking geospatial databases; data processing; preparation of thematic maps; use of software and digital platforms; integration of different information layers; preparation of technical reports; and monitoring the delineation of management zones. Data related to soil, yield, vegetation, relief, rainfall, and agricultural operations were used, allowing the representation and analysis of spatial variability within the areas. Among the results observed, the application of management zones to guide soil sampling stood out, in which a historical database of 68 sampling points was reorganized into 15 production environments, resulting in 53 fewer operational points, equivalent to a 77.9% reduction. This strategy showed potential to reduce field travel, execution time, and the number of analyses required, thereby improving operational efficiency. The results showed that the organization, standardization, processing, and integration of geospatial information are fundamental steps in transforming agricultural data into information applicable to planning and management decisions. The internship also made it possible to relate the knowledge acquired during the undergraduate program to professional practice, contributing to the improvement of technical skills and to a better understanding of the application of geotechnologies and precision agriculture in agribusiness.

Abstract: Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) is one of the world's main agricultural crops, playing a fundamental role in human food supply and the agricultural economy. In Brazil, although production is concentrated in the Southern region, the development of cultivars adapted to the Cerrado has enabled the expansion of the crop to new producing areas, including the state of Goiás. In this context, the present work aimed to evaluate the agronomic performance of seven wheat cultivars grown under the edaphoclimatic conditions of the Goiás Cerrado. The experiment was conducted in the municipality of Hidrolândia-GO, in a randomized block design with four replications. The variables evaluated were dry matter, plant height, grain weight in the ear, grain weight without husk, and distance between nodes. The data were subjected to analysis of variance (ANOVA) and, when significant, the means were compared using Tukey's test at 5% probability. The results showed a significant difference only for the dry matter variable, in which the Duque cultivar presented the greatest biomass accumulation. For the other variables, no statistical differences were observed between the cultivars, although numerical differences did occur between the evaluated materials. The Duque and TBIO cultivars generally presented the highest average values ​​for characteristics related to vegetative development and production components, indicating good potential for adaptation to Cerrado conditions. The results highlight the importance of regional cultivar evaluation as a tool to support technical recommendations and contribute to the sustainable expansion of wheat cultivation in the Brazilian Midwest.
