Abstract: The present work consists of a bibliographical survey of the legislation in force in the State of Goiás on the suppression of native species protected by law that were planted and/or cultivated. Two laws were discussed, federal (Federal Law 12,651/12) and state (State Law 18,104/13) in scope. A flowchart was proposed with the procedure to be adopted for the suppression of native species protected by law that were planted in the State of Goiás.

Abstract: The chemical element phosphorus is classified as an essential macronutrient for the development of plants and, due to its low solubility in soils, it is little available for use. As a result, global food production is inextricably linked to fertilizer. In this context, there is the possibility of using phosphate solubilizing microorganisms to promote an increase in phosphorus availability in the soil. This article intended to analyze, based on a bibliographic review, the role of phosphorus solubilizing microorganisms in crop-livestock-forestry integration. This research has a qualitative, basic and exploratory approach, through a bibliographic review. The study concludes that the use of microbial inoculants can be considered a technique to increase the biological composition of integrated production systems, ensuring soil health by reducing the use of synthetic fertilizers and adding herbal medicines.

Abstract: The specimens of the Fabaceae Family with emphasis on the genus Crotalária have a great prominence in agriculture as green manure due to its high capacity for nitrogen fixation in the soil, control of weeds and nematodes. However, they are plants that produce pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PAs), secondary metabolites that serve both as a protective barrier to them and as intoxicants for herbivores when these plants are ingested. With this toxic potential, cases of animal poisoning of all species when fed with different forms containing seeds or other parts of Crotalaria, as well as in humans, are described in the literature. Thus, it is important to understand the toxicity of these plants to envision safe ways to use them in Integrated Agricultural Production Systems, obtaining benefits for the soil and nematode control, and mitigating the adverse effects that PAs can cause in products of origin animal, which is the objective of the present work. Sunn hemp really are a problem, with cases of intoxication being identified in several animals and even the contamination of products of animal origin (especially honey), which can cause damage to human health. For ruminants, Crotalaria can be used in animal feed as long as the dosage limits for each species are respected, specifically C. ochroleuca is a very safe specimen, and can be supplied in different ways without adverse effects. In humans, as most cases of intoxication are related to the contamination of products of animal origin, it is necessary to control and inspect the products to avoid cases of intoxication.

Abstract: The article deals with the need to establish a balance point, ideal among the existing options, in the relation between the increase in productivity towards the economic / environmental sustainability of Agricultural Systems characterized as family farming. The model considered as excellent for the productivity standards of high input agriculture, does not take into account the reality observed in rural properties managed by family farming. This, arouses the need for studies focused on some points on the issue: definition of the basic reference of composition of the Agricultural System of Family Farming; development of different tests with different levels of technological gradation to analyze the reference cost of productivity and the respective revenue; establishment of factors for acceptable sample discrepancy; determination of a standard production system representative of Brazilian family farming; verification of the environmental resilience aspects of the system under different production technologies; formulation of the direct relationship curve between productivity and revenue by adopting different levels of technology; test and indicate operational research methodologies for the specific Agricultural System.
