This study aimed to analyze the management and governance practices of Sicoob Credi-Rural and the evidence of its economic and social contribution from 2023 to 2025. The research adopted a qualitative and exploratory approach, using a case study and documentary analysis of institutional reports, financial statements, the bylaws, governance documents, and external sources. The results show that the cooperative maintained total assets above BRL 5.4 billion throughout the period and increased its equity from approximately BRL 1.39 billion in 2023 to BRL 1.51 billion in 2025. Net surpluses varied substantially, from BRL 278.3 million in 2023 to BRL 41.1 million in 2024 and BRL 97.2 million in 2025. Interest on members' capital totaled approximately BRL 116.4 million during the three-year period. In the social dimension, the documents recorded financial education programs, community initiatives, volunteering, donations, and sponsorships, with different measures of reach across programs. From the PDCL perspective, practices related to planning, doing, checking, and organizational learning were identified. The study concludes that the documents provide evidence of Sicoob Credi-Rural's economic and social contribution, particularly through its cooperative structure, mechanisms for members' economic participation, community initiatives, and governance practices, within the inferential limits of a documentary case study. This study aims to investigate the role of organizational leadership in light of the requirements of NR-01, with a focus on psychosocial risks and the promotion of mental health in the workplace. The research was conducted through a literature review, analyzing studies and technical documents on leadership, mental health, and the changes introduced by NR-01. The literature review identified challenges faced by organizations in preparing their leaders, especially regarding the adoption of a more humanized approach to psychosocial risks. Founded on March 31, 2016, the condominium is located in Rio Verde, Goiás, Brazil, and consists of 64 residential lots, approximately 40 of which are currently occupied, while the remaining lots are either under construction or vacant. The study is based on the author's professional experience acquired over approximately seven years of work within the organization, involving activities related to administrative, operational, financial, and people management. The main objective of this study was to describe and analyze the administrative practices experienced in the condominium environment, highlighting the relationship between the theoretical knowledge acquired during the Administration degree program and its practical application in organizational daily routines. Furthermore, the study seeks to demonstrate how administrative performance contributes to process efficiency, service quality, and residents’ satisfaction. The methodology adopted was qualitative, using the experience report approach, supported by participant observation and analysis of the activities performed throughout the professional trajectory. The reported experiences included operational team management, service supervision, administrative and financial control, resident assistance, organization of internal events, conflict mediation, supplier relationship management, and monitoring of the condominium's operational demands. The results demonstrated that condominium management requires a multidisciplinary approach, leadership skills, planning, organization, decision-making capacity, and effective interpersonal communication for problem-solving. The findings also revealed that practical experience significantly contributed to the author's professional and personal development, particularly because it represented her first management position. It is concluded that condominium administration involves a high level of organizational complexity and requires qualified professionals capable of integrating different areas of Administration in order to ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and residents’ satisfaction. The methodology was characterized by a predominantly qualitative, descriptive, and exploratory approach, structured in three phases: bibliographic, documentary, and field research, the latter carried out through a semi-structured questionnaire applied to 11 managers and rural producers, with sampling defined by theoretical saturation. Data were analyzed through content analysis, as proposed by Bardin (1977). The results revealed a strong dependence on road transport, with a predominance of outsourced freight and logistics partnerships in production outflow. The main bottlenecks identified were the poor condition of roads, high freight costs, and high sensitivity to fuel prices, a factor cited by 90.9% of participants as having the greatest impact on operational costs. It was also found that 45.5% of producers operate in national and international markets, increasing the demand for greater logistics efficiency. As a contribution, this study highlights the need for investments in transport infrastructure, modal diversification, and the adoption of more integrated logistics management practices to strengthen regional agribusiness.
