Founded on March 31, 2016, the condominium is located in Rio Verde, Goiás, Brazil, and consists of 64 residential lots, approximately 40 of which are currently occupied, while the remaining lots are either under construction or vacant. The study is based on the author's professional experience acquired over approximately seven years of work within the organization, involving activities related to administrative, operational, financial, and people management. The main objective of this study was to describe and analyze the administrative practices experienced in the condominium environment, highlighting the relationship between the theoretical knowledge acquired during the Administration degree program and its practical application in organizational daily routines. Furthermore, the study seeks to demonstrate how administrative performance contributes to process efficiency, service quality, and residents’ satisfaction. The methodology adopted was qualitative, using the experience report approach, supported by participant observation and analysis of the activities performed throughout the professional trajectory. The reported experiences included operational team management, service supervision, administrative and financial control, resident assistance, organization of internal events, conflict mediation, supplier relationship management, and monitoring of the condominium's operational demands. The results demonstrated that condominium management requires a multidisciplinary approach, leadership skills, planning, organization, decision-making capacity, and effective interpersonal communication for problem-solving. The findings also revealed that practical experience significantly contributed to the author's professional and personal development, particularly because it represented her first management position. It is concluded that condominium administration involves a high level of organizational complexity and requires qualified professionals capable of integrating different areas of Administration in order to ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and residents’ satisfaction. The methodology was characterized by a predominantly qualitative, descriptive, and exploratory approach, structured in three phases: bibliographic, documentary, and field research, the latter carried out through a semi-structured questionnaire applied to 11 managers and rural producers, with sampling defined by theoretical saturation. Data were analyzed through content analysis, as proposed by Bardin (1977). The results revealed a strong dependence on road transport, with a predominance of outsourced freight and logistics partnerships in production outflow. The main bottlenecks identified were the poor condition of roads, high freight costs, and high sensitivity to fuel prices, a factor cited by 90.9% of participants as having the greatest impact on operational costs. It was also found that 45.5% of producers operate in national and international markets, increasing the demand for greater logistics efficiency. As a contribution, this study highlights the need for investments in transport infrastructure, modal diversification, and the adoption of more integrated logistics management practices to strengthen regional agribusiness. The methodology consists of a systematic literature review of a qualitative, descriptive, and bibliographic nature, organized in accordance with the PRISMA method for study selection. The data were analyzed using thematic categories: characterization of Burnout Syndrome among higher education faculty; psychodynamic factors of teaching work; and administrative impacts of the syndrome. The results show that, from the perspective of Work Psychodynamics, burnout is associated with work overload, pressure for productivity, and a lack of professional recognition. In addition, factors such as the discrepancy between prescribed and actual work, organizational conflicts, and fragility in socio-professional relationships contribute to teachers’ psychological distress. It is also observed that the impacts of burnout affect the institutional context, resulting in absenteeism, reduced productivity, and detrimental effects on the quality of teaching. As a contribution, the study highlights the need for management practices that promote teacher appreciation, mental health, and better working conditions in higher education. It is a qualitative study conducted through a bibliographic literature review, based on the analysis of fifteen scientific studies selected according to their thematic relevance. The results indicate that communication influences how information is understood and applied in daily activities, while leadership plays a key role in guiding teams and organizing work processes. Team performance was found to be related to the clarity of instructions and how they are interpreted by employees. Regarding strategic alignment, its effectiveness depends on the ability to make organizational guidelines understandable and applicable in practice. It is concluded that the articulation between communication and leadership contributes to team organization and to the achievement of organizational objectives.
