Abstract: The Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) established guidelines for the processing of personal data in Brazil, requiring organizations to adopt measures that ensure privacy, information security, and the protection of data subjects' rights. In this context, this study aimed to analyze the process of adapting Mercado Livre's website to the requirements of the LGPD, identifying the main practices implemented, the challenges encountered, and their impacts on legal compliance and user experience.

The research is characterized as qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive, based on bibliographic and documentary research, a case study, and field research conducted with companies located in the region of Acreúna, Goiás, Brazil. The analysis addressed aspects such as privacy policies, cookie management, consent mechanisms, information security, data subjects' rights, and data governance. The results indicate that Mercado Livre demonstrates a high level of compliance with the principles established by the LGPD through accessible privacy policies, consent management mechanisms, and investments in information security.

On the other hand, the field research revealed that local companies still face significant challenges, including limited knowledge of the legislation, financial constraints, lack of specific tools, and technical difficulties in implementing compliance measures. It is concluded that compliance with the LGPD is a continuous process that requires investments in technology, governance, organizational training, and awareness, contributing to the protection of personal data, strengthening users' trust, and promoting responsible digital governance.

RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA PROFISSIONAL: A GESTÃO ADMINISTRATIVA E OPERACIONAL NO CONDOMÍNIO GREEN LIFE RESIDENCE

Título: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA PROFISSIONAL: A GESTÃO ADMINISTRATIVA E OPERACIONAL NO CONDOMÍNIO GREEN LIFE RESIDENCE
Autor(es): Souza, Lohanna Ritiely Araújo
Primeiro Orientador: Cardoso Sobrinho, Carlos Antônio
Abstract: This study presents an experience report developed in the administrative and operational
management area of Green Life Residence Condominium, legally registered as the Association of
Property Owners of Green Life Residence. Founded on March 31, 2016, the condominium is
located in Rio Verde, Goiás, Brazil, and consists of 64 residential lots, approximately 40 of which
are currently occupied, while the remaining lots are either under construction or vacant. The study
is based on the author's professional experience acquired over approximately seven years of work
within the organization, involving activities related to administrative, operational, financial, and
people management.
The main objective of this study was to describe and analyze the administrative practices
experienced in the condominium environment, highlighting the relationship between the theoretical
knowledge acquired during the Administration degree program and its practical application in
organizational daily routines. Furthermore, the study seeks to demonstrate how administrative
performance contributes to process efficiency, service quality, and residents’ satisfaction.
The methodology adopted was qualitative, using the experience report approach, supported by
participant observation and analysis of the activities performed throughout the professional
trajectory. The reported experiences included operational team management, service supervision,
administrative and financial control, resident assistance, organization of internal events, conflict
mediation, supplier relationship management, and monitoring of the condominium's operational
demands.
The results demonstrated that condominium management requires a multidisciplinary approach,
leadership skills, planning, organization, decision-making capacity, and effective interpersonal
communication for problem-solving. The findings also revealed that practical experience
significantly contributed to the author's professional and personal development, particularly
because it represented her first management position. It is concluded that condominium
administration involves a high level of organizational complexity and requires qualified
professionals capable of integrating different areas of Administration in order to ensure operational
efficiency, service quality, and residents’ satisfaction.

Abstract: The conversion of the Cerrado's native vegetation to anthropogenic uses threatens biodiversity and the livelihoods of traditional communities, requiring the monitoring of these areas to ensure environmental preservation and territorial security. Given this scenario, this study aimed to identify and map the degraded Cerrado areas in the Brejão Quilombola Territory, in the municipality of Campos Belos, Goiás, focusing on the delineation of Permanent Preservation Areas (APPs) and the quantification of environmental liabilities. Due to the lack of an official territorial delimitation by the competent authorities, the methodology integrated field surveys and geoprocessing techniques to establish an estimated study area of 2,166.51 hectares, delimited by adopting a 3 km radius around a central geographic reference coordinate. Using the QGIS software and high-resolution images from the CBERS-4A satellite, an unsupervised land use classification and the manual tracing of the drainage network were performed to delineate the APPs in accordance with the Brazilian Forest Code (Law 12,651 of May 25, 2012). The results indicated that 16.03% of the analyzed area maintains remnant native vegetation cover. In the assessment of the APPs, an environmental liability of 126.33 hectares was found, demonstrating that 61.95% of these protection zones have been converted to agricultural and livestock activities. It is concluded that the territory presents a severe condition of degradation that directly compromises water security and the community's extractive potential. As an alternative for environmental and productive requalification, the implementation of Agroforestry Systems (SAFs) with high-value native species, such as macaúba and baru, is proposed, strengthening local economic autonomy and the sustainable paradigm of the standing forest.

Abstract: Tomato maturity classification is an important task in precision agriculture and is traditionally performed manually and subjectively. This work presents an approach that combines colorimetric measurements in the CIELAB color space with YOLO models for automatic tomato detection, counting, and classification into green, intermediary, and red classes. A dataset containing 1,040 images and 8,748 annotated fruits was built, with maturity classes defined from measurements obtained from 150 samples and grouped using the K-means algorithm. YOLOv10, YOLO11, YOLO12, and YOLO26 models, in both Small and Medium variants, were evaluated, achieving precision values above 95%, recall above 94%, and mAP@0.5 up to 97.5%. YOLO26m achieved the best overall performance. The trained models were integrated into a web application developed using Streamlit for image and video processing. The results highlight the potential of combining colorimetry and deep learning techniques for automated tomato maturity monitoring.
