Abstract: article presents a proposed teaching sequence focused on scientific literacy for 9th grade of elementary school and 1st year of high school, linking cinema, digital culture, and meme production. Based on the axes of Scientific Literacy (Sasseron, 2008) and the concept of cyberspace (Lévy, 1999), the sequence uses the film Elements (Disney/Pixar, 2023) to contextualize concepts of Chemistry and Physics, stimulate critical analysis, and engage students in the creation of scientific memes. The material promotes multiliteracies, appropriation of multimodal languages, and active participation in the digital environment, strengthening critical thinking, creativity, and scientific communication in hybrid and collaborative learning spaces.

Abstract: The storage of corn seeds can be compromised by the attack of Sitophilus zeamais, causing
losses in quality and physiological potential. In this context, the present study aimed to evaluate
the insecticidal efficiency of aqueous extracts of Mentha spicata and Lavandula angustifolia,
as well as their effects on the germination of stored corn seeds and the costs associated with the
treatments. The experiment was conducted in a 2 × 3 × 2 factorial design, involving two plant
extracts, three concentrations (40, 70, and 100 g L⁻¹), and two types of packaging, in addition
to a control treatment. The mortality of S. zeamais was evaluated over time, considering
cumulative mortality at 72 hours. Extract concentrations significantly influenced mortality,
with higher values observed at concentrations of 70 and 100 g L⁻¹, which did not differ from
each other. Regression analysis indicated a positive relationship between concentration and
mortality, with an estimated median lethal concentration (LC50) of 83.16 g L⁻¹. No effects of
extract type or packaging were observed. Seed germination remained high across all treatments,
indicating the absence of phytotoxicity. Cost analysis demonstrated higher costs of the extracts
compared to chemical control. It is concluded that aqueous extracts present moderate and
concentration-dependent insecticidal activity without compromising seed physiological quality,
showing potential for use in sustainable pest management, especially as a complementary
alternative in storage systems.
Keywords: bioinsecticides; seed storage; germination.

Abstract: Banana cultivation represents one of the most economically, socially, and nutritionally relevant
fruit-growing activities in tropical and subtropical regions, standing out for its high income-
generating capacity and the nutritional importance of the fruit. However, phytosanitary
limitations, especially those related to soil-borne pathogens and phytoparasitic nematodes, have
compromised the productive sustainability of the crop in different producing regions. In this
context, the use of bio-inputs has been considered a promising strategy within sustainable
agricultural systems. This study aimed to report the experience of applying *Trichoderma
harzianum*, *Bacillus subtilis*, Bokashi, and efficient microorganisms (EM) via fertigation in
a micro-sprinkler system, in an experimental area cultivated with different banana genotypes at
the Instituto Federal Goiano, Urutaí Campus. The experiment was conducted with a spacing of
2 × 2 m, using cultivars from the Prata, Cavendish, Maçã, and Terra groups. Applications began
in 2024, with a six-month interval, using a microbiological concentration between 10⁸ and 10⁹
CFU mL⁻¹ and a dose of 2 L ha⁻¹. Evaluations were carried out based on visual field
observations and chemical, physical, and biological analyses of the soil. The results indicated
a soil environment favorable to microbial development, with good chemical fertility, high
enzymatic activity, and visual improvement of the root system. The data suggest that the
integration between soil fertility, microbial diversity, and continuous application of bioinputs
can contribute to more resilient and sustainable production systems.

Abstract: Professional and Technological Education (PTE) constitutes a strategic field for Brazil’s social and economic development, by integrating scientific, technological, and civic training. In recent years, the growing digitalization of teaching and learning processes has brought new challenges and opportunities to this educational level. This article presents a systematic literature review, covering the period between 2015 to 2025, on the use of digital technologies in PTE. The survey included the SciELO and Google Scholar databases, as well as specialized journals, resulting in 40 studies analyzed according to relevance criteria, year of publication, and pedagogical focus. The results indicated that 32.5% of the publications emphasize active methodologies and blended learning, followed by gamification and teacher training (17.5% each), virtual and remote laboratories (15%), emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, augmented reality, and MOOCs (12.5%), in addition to digital inclusion practices (10%). It was shown that the adoption of digital technologies fosters engagement, motivation, student autonomy, and practical learning, especially in technical courses. In higher technological education, resources such as digital platforms, MOOCs, and artificial intelligence stand out for personalized learning. However, the studies reviewed highlight significant obstacles, such as inequality of access, weaknesses in teacher training, and curricula poorly adapted to contemporary demands. These gaps limit the full integration of digital culture into the educational process, reinforcing the need for consistent public policies, investments in infrastructure, and continuous teacher training programs. In this context, it is concluded that the incorporation of digital technologies in Brazilian PTE holds great potential for pedagogical innovation and social inclusion. Nevertheless, its impact can only be realized when aligned with critical pedagogical approaches, updated curricula, and equity strategies, in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
