Abstract: The advancement of Industry 4.0 and the increasing complexity of the labor market have intensified the demand for professionals capable of integrating both technical and socio-emotional competencies. In this context, the development of soft skills is essential to foster adaptability, innovation, and collaborative performance among students in professional and technological education. This study analyzes the implementation of the soft skills methodology within the Capacitação 4.0 Program at the EMBRAPII Unit of the Federal Institute of Goiás (IFG), examining its contribution to participants’ training. A mixed-methods approach was adopted, including questionnaires and quantitative and qualitative analyses, such as descriptive statistics, content analysis, and reliability tests. The results indicate significant development in competencies such as communication, problem solving, creativity, and emotional intelligence, and highlight the effectiveness of active methodologies, gamification, and Problem-Based Learning (PBL) in promoting student engagement. Students also recognized the impact of soft skills on their employability, reinforcing the importance of educational practices aligned with the demands of Industry 4.0. The study presents recommendations to improve the program and proposes an educational product to strengthen socio-emotional competencies in virtual learning environments.

Abstract: This study investigates the development and properties of Ultra-High Performance Concrete&#xD;
(UHPC) with sand incorporation from mining tailings, seeking to combine high structural performance&#xD;
with sustainability in civil construction. The first chapter presents a systematic literature&#xD;
review that analyzes the state of the art of UHPC, highlighting the fundamental role of&#xD;
mineral additions and metallic fibers in optimizing the compactness of the matrix and ductility&#xD;
of the material. The second chapter details the experimental methodology and the materials&#xD;
used, focusing on the substitution of conventional fine aggregates with mining tailings, aiming&#xD;
to mitigate the environmental impacts of natural sand extraction and reduce production costs.&#xD;
The literature review suggests that the use of mining tailings is technically feasible, and there&#xD;
is a gap to be explored. The results indicate that the mechanical properties remain superior, with&#xD;
a compressive strength above 120 MPa, a dense matrix, and a refined ITZ as shown by SEM.&#xD;
When metallic fibers are incorporated, they combine high fracture energy, toughness, and tensile&#xD;
strength, which are fundamental for applications in critical infrastructure.

Abstract: This Technical-Technological Product consists of an interpretive guide to ecological trails in the Cerrado of Ipameri-GO, containing detailed descriptions, photographic records, thematic maps of phytophysiognomies and detailed information aboute routes to natural attractions, for educational purposes and to promote local ecotourism. The methodology combined field visits, georeferencing, and remote sensing and geoprocessing techniques, allowing the characterization of the main vegetation formations and the monitoring of their temporal dynamics. The material is applicable in various contexts, ranging from sustainable tourism activities to environmental education practices and the formulation of public policies aimed at conservation. In addition to supporting environmental and educational managers as well as researchers, the product seeks to raise awareness among the local community and visitors about the cultural, historical, and ecological significance of the Cerrado, contributing to the development of collective environmental awareness and to the strengthening of local and regional sustainable development.&#xD;

Abstract: Black people have historically been marginalized in Brazil. In an effort to address this scenario, the teaching of Afro-Brazilian and African History and Culture became mandatory within the Brazilian basic education system in 2003. However, challenges to its effective implementation persist to this day. It is believed that one of the key pathways to ensuring the enforcement of this legislation lies in teacher education. In this context, the present research aims to analyze how teacher education programs at the Federal Institute of Goiás (Instituto Federal Goiano), Urutaí Campus, have addressed Education for Ethnic-Racial Relations. This study is both documentary and field-based, employing document analysis and bibliographic research, with a qualitative. To this end, the Pedagogical Projects of the Courses (PPCs) were analyzed, and semi-structured questionnaires were administered to students enrolled in the final semester of each undergraduate teacher education program at the campus. The study sought to analyze educational policies related to initial teacher education and the role occupied by Education for Ethnic-Racial Relations within these policies. Additionally, it aimed to identify theses and dissertations addressing the themes of Ethnic-Racial Relations and initial teacher education. The results indicate that teacher education programs demonstrate concern with complying with the legislation; however, certain obstacles remain, such as the limited number of courses addressing the topic. Regarding the students, most reported having taken a course related to the subject, yet a considerable proportion do not feel adequately prepared to address the theme in basic education.
