Abstract: This paper addresses the problem of school dropout at the Federal Institute of Goiás - Trindade
Campus. Through a detailed analysis, the complexity of the phenomenon, its determinants and
impacts on the educational context were examined. Using a multidisciplinary approach and
empirical data, we investigated the internal and external factors that contribute to dropout, as
well as possible prevention and intervention strategies. At the end, recommendations are
presented to mitigate the problem and promote a more inclusive and equitable education. To
this end, the history, mission and objectives of IF Goiano as a benchmark technical and
technological education institution were explored, with specific information on the Trindade
Campus being presented, with a view to providing a comprehensive understanding of the
institutional environment analyzed. The focus was on school dropout, addressing statistical data,
causes and social and economic impacts, both in the national context and specifically as an
object of study, including dropout rates over the years, the courses most affected and possible
reasons for this phenomenon. The aim was to establish a comprehensive picture of school
dropout as a relevant and multifaceted problem, highlighting its importance for the academic
community and society as a whole. The results obtained from the analysis of the data collected
were presented, exposing the main reasons and causes of dropout, identifying the internal and
external factors that contribute to dropout, including issues related to infrastructure, curriculum,
administrative management, students' financial difficulties, among others. This analysis enabled
an in-depth understanding of the problem, providing valuable insights for the development of
institutional strategies and policies aimed at preventing and reducing dropout, with a view to
ensuring that students remain in school until they complete the course. Based on the data and
analysis carried out, the proposal is based on implementing specific strategies aimed at
promoting a significant and sustainable change in the dropout scenario at the Trindade Campus

Abstract: Soybean (Glycine max) is one of the most important agricultural commodities for global food supply; however, it frequently experiences yield losses due to environmental stresses, particularly drought. In addition, the crop has high nutritional requirements to achieve productivity levels that meet the growing global demand for food. This study investigated the potential of plant growth–promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) to mitigate the drought effects in G. max and to enhance plant development. Initially, in vitro assays were carried out to identify functional traits of the bacteria, followed by genetic characterization. Based on this screening, 11 bacterial isolates, identified as belonging to the genus Bradyrhizobium spp., were selected according to the evaluated functional traits. Subsequently, two greenhouse experiments were carried out to simulate field conditions. The first experiment aimed to select bacteria with the greatest potential to promote the growth of inoculated plants, while the second evaluated the ability of these bacteria to enhance plant tolerance to water deficit. In both experiments, gas exchange, chlorophyll a fluorescence, photosynthetic pigments, and plant growth were assessed under well-watered and water-stress conditions, with and without inoculation using native or commercial bacteria, in addition to morphological evaluations of shoot and root systems. The results indicated that plant growth–promoting bacterial strains improved photosynthetic rates, electron transport efficiency, and root growth under both well-watered and drought stress conditions.

Abstract: Rural connectivity has a direct impact on the agricultural sector, and its absence represents a structural barrier that limits access to technical, productive, and management information for farming activities. This study emphasizes the relevance of mobile connectivity for fami-ly farming, analyzing how network coverage influences the integrated management of rural properties. The main objective is to evaluate the effects of mobile signal coverage on the management of family farming units in Rio Verde (GO), comparing areas with and without coverage. The research was conducted through bibliographic review, documentary analysis, and primary data collection with farmers, using both quantitative and qualitative approaches to broaden the understanding of the results. Findings reveal that, despite low income, limited mechanization, and restricted participation in public policies, farmers show high smartphone usage and strong awareness of the importance of connectivity for education, financial ser-vices, commercialization, and cooperation among producers. The study highlights the main challenges and opportunities for family farming in the context of digital transformation, showing that access to reliable internet can strengthen competitiveness, increase production efficiency, and reduce rural-to-urban migration. Connectivity, by enabling access to real-time weather forecasts, input prices, and market channels, becomes indispensable for the sustainability of family farming and for improving living conditions in rural áreas.

Abstract: Brazil's dependence on imported fertilizers and the low availability of phosphorus in tropi-cal soils intensify the search for sustainable alternatives for crop nutrition. The objective was to evaluate the nutritional status of sugarcane subjected to different phosphorus sources associated with biosolubilizing microorganisms. The experiment was carried out in a green-house, in a randomized block design with four replications. Three phosphorus sources were evaluated (phosphate carbonatite rock powder, single superphosphate, and a combination of both) associated with inoculation/co-inoculation of Bacillus spp., Cladosporium cladospori-oides, and Trichoderma harzianum. Ninety-five days after planting, foliar macro- and mi-cronutrient levels were determined. The results showed that the use of the remineralizer provided phosphorus levels like soluble fertilizer, in addition to contributing to potassium supply. The combination of sources favored an increase in zinc. Regarding microorganisms, Trichoderma harzianum stood out by promoting increases in phosphorus, sulfur, and micro-nutrients, regardless of the source used, while Bacillus spp. and Cladosporium cladospori-oides showed greater efficiency when associated with poorly soluble sources. It is concluded that the use of remineralizers associated with biosolubilizing microorganisms constitutes a promising strategy to increase the nutritional efficiency of sugarcane, reduce dependence on imported fertilizers, and promote sustainable production systems.
