Abstract: This experience report details Supervised Internship I in Early Childhood Education undertaken by an undergraduate student in Physical Education in Pires do Rio, Goiás, Brazil. The focus was psychomotricity, an important area for children’s motor, cognitive, social, and affective development, in which a knowledge gap among educators was identified. The methodology involved practical experiences with children aged 5 to 6 years. The planning of 15 teaching sessions over a six-month period included a diagnosis of the school, the development of lesson plans, and pedagogical meetings. The 50-minute classes were structured around playfulness and games, prioritizing interaction and psychomotor development despite limited resources. Assessment was qualitative, based on observation and feedback. Initially, the intern faced challenges in selecting and implementing activities, which did not always generate student engagement. However, the trust established with the children proved essential. From the fifth session onward, this trust increased, resulting in a more fluid learning process. By the tenth session, classroom management had improved, and progress was observed in both the children’s psychomotor development and the intern’s performance. It is concluded that Supervised Internship I is essential for the training of Physical Education professionals, providing an opportunity to develop practical skills and identify and overcome mistakes. It serves as a learning laboratory, preparing future educators to work in a qualified and reflective manner, promoting the integral development of children and serving as a bridge between academic theory and pedagogical practice.

Abstract: The benefits of planned playful activities on children's behavior, motivation, and engagement highlight the impact of an educational approach in the context of school recess. This article analyzes the motivations that drove the development of the project, focusing on the needs identified in the school environment and the expected benefits for children's integral development. The "Diversifying - Games and Play" project was developed to enhance school recess, creating an educational environment focused on children's integral development. Developed by Physical Education students, who were carrying out supervised curricular internships in a school located in the municipality of Pires do Rio/GO. In response to the lack of an adequate space, the project prioritized the safety and organization of playtime, implementing activities that balance cognitive, physical, and emotional needs. Through observations and collaborative meetings between the management and interns, four simultaneous play stations were structured, allowing children to choose activities of their preference, encouraging autonomy and respecting their individuality. Each station promoted essential competencies, such as cooperation, problem-solving, and communication, contributing directly to motor and social development. This organizational and pedagogical model strengthened recess as a moment of
learning and socialization, providing a more welcoming and inclusive environment.

Abstract: This article is a narrative and integrative review that aimed to analyze the
concepts and factors associated with body dissatisfaction in adolescents. Body
image dissatisfaction is a phenomenon that begins at an early age and is strongly
influenced by sociocultural aspects, such as media, family, and peer groups.
Body image is a complex, multidimensional construct, supported by perceptive
and attitudinal dimensions. The study focuses on body dissatisfaction as an
aspect of the attitudinal dimension, referring to the discomfort and negative
feeling regarding one's physical appearance. The incessant search for a beauty
ideal, often imposed by society and the media, makes adolescents vulnerable.
The negative evaluation of physical form is a determining factor for the high
incidence of risky eating behaviors and can be a necessary element for the
development of eating disorders, depression, and social isolation. Finally, the
review emphasizes the importance of evaluation protocols validated for the
Brazilian population in order to ensure effective preventive interventions.
