Abstract: This article analyzes the inclusion and performance of women in business administration, focusing on the invisible barriers and challenges faced in exercising female leadership within organizations. It investigates the persistence of gender inequalities and the factors that limit women's access to management positions. The research, of a bibliographical nature, using an inductive method and a qualitative approach, discusses the historical trajectory of women in the workplace, symbolic barriers such as the glass ceiling, and policies capable of promoting greater equity in organizations. The results indicate that the consolidation of female leadership requires cultural changes  and the strengthening of diversity and equal opportunity policies.

Abstract: This work presents an experience report based on the trajectory I lived between 2021 and 2025 at SEBRAE/GO, during which I worked as an intern, outsourced receptionist, and administrative assistant. After nine years away from the job market to care for my family, the internship at SEBRAE marked my return and became the starting point for my professional growth. Administrative routines, customer service, document organization, the use of several internal systems, and support for consultants, employees, and especially entrepreneurs were among the skills developed throughout this period. Each position I held contributed to my development, helping me gain confidence, responsibility, and new abilities. This report also shows how the activities performed relate to the content studied in the Administration program, demonstrating that the theory learned in the classroom is directly connected to the institution’s daily practices. Abstract: This paper presents an experience report developed in the customer service sector of a service company, demonstrating how the adoption of technological tools can contribute to communication and organizational processes, as well as highlighting the necessary precautions regarding the use of these digital tools in customer service. The study describes the challenges faced before the implementation of the Pink App integrated with WhatsApp Business, especially related to the decentralization of customer service, duplicate contacts, and noise in internal communication. To overcome these difficulties, the company implemented the centralization of customer service through the digital platform, which allowed for greater control of interactions, better monitoring of demands, and improved customer service management. The experience showed significant improvements, such as greater speed in responses, reduction of operational errors, organization of tasks, and strengthening of team performance.

Abstract: The present paper addresses the appropriate management of cash flow and its relevance to business valuation and strategic decision-making support. The research problem lies in understanding how efficient cash flow management can contribute to increasing the market value of companies and promoting more assertive organizational decisions. The general objective is to analyze the importance of cash flow as a financial and strategic management tool capable of integrating planning, control, and economic performance. This theoretical effort is justified by the need to understand cash flow not merely as an accounting tool but as a key element for business sustainability and competitiveness. The methodology applied is a bibliographic review, based on the inductive method, explanatory research, and a qualitative approach. Firstly, the concept and importance of cash flow in financial management are identified, emphasizing its role in maintaining liquidity and forecasting inflows and outflows. Secondly, the direct impact of cash flow on valuation is recognized, showing how its management influences market value and investors’ perception of an organization’s financial health. Thirdly, cash flow is discussed as a decision-making support instrument, highlighting its usefulness for strategic planning and risk mitigation. As a result, it is concluded that effective cash flow management strengthens decision-making capacity, increases financial attractiveness, and contributes to corporate value enhancement.
