    <title>O TRABALHO QUE FLORESCE OU ADOECE: DESAFIOS EM TEMPOS DE PRECARIZAÇÃO</title>

    <description>Título: O TRABALHO QUE FLORESCE OU ADOECE: DESAFIOS EM TEMPOS DE PRECARIZAÇÃO
Autor(es): Macêdo, Kátia Barbosa; Farias, Keila Mara de Oliveira; Arão, Isabelle Rocha
Abstract: Work is the main source of income and survival for workers worldwide, contributing to psychological development, strengthening identity, and social inclusion. Work is never neutral in relation to the worker's health: it can sustain health or generate or trigger occupational diseases. The deterioration of mental health at work results from the precariousness of work organization. Among the approaches that research mental health and work, the Psychodynamics of Work (PdT) stands out, a clinical approach that presupposes: the centrality of work in psychic constitution; the non-neutrality of work in relation to mental health; and the possibility of adapting work situations in an emancipatory way. This collection results from a research project entitled ‘Mental health and work: from precariousness to decent work’, which aims to analyze how precariousness affects the organization of work and how it impacts the health of workers.&#xD;
&#xD;
The chapters in this collection result from the aforementioned project and present partial findings from doctoral theses and master's dissertations from the PdT program, which gives the work unity in terms of thematic and methodological coherence. The PdT method is based on dialogue between researchers and workers and aims to reframe suffering; emancipate; develop collective strategies and changes in the organization of work. It is composed of six chapters, distributed in two parts. The first part, entitled The Organization of Work, discusses topics such as sustainability, social responsibility, telework and entrepreneurship, as well as the global impacts on the internal organization of companies.&#xD;
&#xD;
This study is composed of three chapters that analyze how the global context impacts work in organizations. Data reveals that inadequate organizational practices, such as poorly structured teleworking and lack of support in startups, result in the precariousness of work. In the second part, entitled "The Subjective Mobilization of the Worker," individual and collective experiences take center stage, revealing the repercussions of these changes on the mental health of workers. The data indicates the need for support and the development of collective strategies to confront and transform the suffering arising from work. The groups of workers surveyed in this study were: occupational safety engineers; public servants from a Education Institution; startup entrepreneurs; psychologists working via platforms; hospital workers; and workers from a Social Assistance Reference Center (CREAS), which serves the needy population. Interdisciplinarity is also reflected in the background of the authors of this collection, with training in psychology, administration, physiotherapy, engineering, psychoanalysis, among others. The collection explores how new practices and concepts can pave the way for healthier and more productive conditions, inviting the reader to reflect on the challenges and possibilities for transformation in the world of work. It offers valuable contributions to understanding and addressing current challenges in the world of work.

Autor(es): Bertolli, Sarah Suzane;; Sousa, Ana Paula Olivieira;; Silva, Daiane de Oliveira;
Abstract: The work Diversity and Inclusion in the Brazilian Territory: Between Academic and Poetic Pathways proposes a reflection on diversity as a lived experience and a constitutive dimension of Brazil. By articulating science and sensibility, the book brings together poetry and research in a dialogue that reveals multiple ways of being, feeling, and interpreting the Brazilian territory.&#xD;
&#xD;
Organized into two complementary sections—one poetic and the other academic—the collection initially invites the reader to an aesthetic engagement with language. In the Poetry Section, four authors explore themes such as identity, time, enchantment, resistance, and everyday reinvention, composing a sensitive mosaic of human and social experiences in the country.&#xD;
&#xD;
The Scientific Articles Section broadens this perspective by addressing diversity from educational, environmental, territorial, and epistemological viewpoints. The studies presented examine environmental perception in basic education and offer a critical analysis of urban space through a contemporary Indigenous perspective, challenging tensions between tradition and modernity, belonging and invisibilization.

    <title>INSERÇÃO À DOCÊNCIA NO RESIDÊNCIA PEDAGÓGICA NO IF GOIANO: NARRATIVAS DE PRÁXIS TECIDAS EM COLABORAÇÃO - VOLUME 2</title>

    <description>Título: INSERÇÃO À DOCÊNCIA NO RESIDÊNCIA PEDAGÓGICA NO IF GOIANO: NARRATIVAS DE PRÁXIS TECIDAS EM COLABORAÇÃO - VOLUME 2
Autor(es): Nunes, Patrícia Gouvêa; Silva, Luciana Aparecida Siqueira; Paniago, Rosenilde Nogueira
Abstract: The work presented, the second volume in the series, brings together experiences and narratives from teacher trainers, undergraduate students at IF Goiano, and basic education teachers participating in the Pedagogical Residency Programme (PRP), established by the Ministry of Education through CAPES notice no. 24/2022. The organisers, researchers with extensive experience in initial teacher training, highlight their satisfaction in contributing to the book, emphasising that the narratives brought together represent not only reports of activities, but also the trajectories of individuals committed to education and strengthening teacher learning. The PRP, aimed at fifth-semester undergraduate students, is part of the Supervised Curricular Internship stage and guarantees residents scholarships for completing 420 hours of activities in the institutional project. To join the programme, each institution must submit a single institutional project composed of specific sub-projects according to the courses it offers. At IF Goiano, the PRP has undergone three versions: the first, in 2018, with six subprojects distributed across four campuses and 170 residents; the second, in 2020, with a reduction in scholarships and four subprojects, totalling 96 residents; and the third, approved in 2022, the focus of this work, which resumed six subprojects and had 135 residents, 26 preceptors, 11 supervising teachers, and one institutional coordinator. Through immersion in primary and secondary schools, residents experience fundamental processes for teacher training, such as investigative diagnosis, lesson planning, project design and implementation, teaching, conducting workshops, and organising portfolios. At IF Goiano, the PRP was understood as an integral part of the Supervised Curricular Internship, allowing for the articulation between theory and practice and promoting critical analysis of pedagogical praxis. In this process, future teachers develop essential skills, such as planning appropriate to students' needs, using diverse methodologies, classroom management, learning assessment, and collaborative work with colleagues and teachers. The preparation of portfolios stands out as a central training axis, as it encourages reflection on practice, allows for the recognition of advances and challenges, and contributes to the systematisation of experiences, many of which are shared at academic events, in publications, and in this work. Organised into two parts, the book first presents reflections on the contributions of the PRP to the initial training of teachers at IF Goiano and then brings together narratives of teaching learning cases prepared by the different actors in the programme. These narratives highlight experiences in everyday school life, the mobilisation of pedagogical knowledge and the construction of innovative practices in the teaching-learning process. Thus, this work consolidates itself as a record of the formative experiences lived within the scope of the PRP and as a significant contribution to the understanding and strengthening of teacher training at IF Goiano.
