In this context, feedlot systems have gained importance by allowing for greater control over animal nutrition and management. The objective of this study was to report on activities carried out during an internship at the Beef Cattle Laboratory of IF Goiano – Rio Verde Campus. The primary activity involved monitoring a feedlot operation for heifers resulting from industrial crossbreeding, used to test the efficacy of a vanilla-based palatability enhancer in the cattle diet. The study involved 22 F1 Angus × Nelore heifers assigned to two treatments: a diet containing the palatability enhancer and a control diet. During the internship, activities included feed management, facility cleaning, animal weighing, blood sample collection, recording of zootechnical data, and assistance with laboratory tasks. Productive performance parameters—such as average daily gain, dry matter intake, and feed conversion—were evaluated, alongside blood biochemical profiles. It was concluded that, under the conditions evaluated, the use of the palatability enhancer did not increase dry matter intake and had no effect on the performance of the confined ½ Angus × Nelore heifers; however, it did alter the blood biochemical profile. The internship demonstrated the importance of integrating theory and practice in academic training, providing hands-on experience in confined cattle management, exposure to scientific research, and the development of technical skills essential for the professional practice of an animal scientist. In this context, reverse logistics stands out as a strategic instrument for mitigating environmental impacts, promoting shared responsibility, and strengthening sustainability in production chains. The present work aimed to analyze the evolution of reverse logistics in the agribusiness sector of Rio Verde – GO, considering its regulatory and operational aspects, with emphasis on the management of empty crop protection packaging. The research is characterized as qualitative, exploratory and descriptive in nature, being developed through bibliographic and documentary review. Books, scientific articles, federal, state and municipal legislation were analyzed, with emphasis on the National Solid Waste Policy, as well as institutional documents, such as the Municipal Plan for Integrated Solid Waste Management of Rio Verde – GO, in order to understand the normative and operational structure of reverse logistics in the local context. The results show that the municipality has a legal framework aligned with national guidelines and has delivery points and receiving units integrated with consolidated reverse logistics systems, which contributes to the reduction of inappropriate disposal practices and to the mitigation of environmental impacts. However, challenges were identified related to the expansion of territorial coverage, the intensification of environmental education and the strengthening of inspection. It is concluded that reverse logistics is an essential instrument for the sustainability of agribusiness in Rio Verde – GO, and it is necessary to expand public policies and integrated actions that strengthen environmental governance and promote the balance between economic development and environmental preservation. The choice of fixative agent is a determining factor in sample preparation, as different solutions interact differently with biomolecules, potentially affecting the retention of specific metabolites and the formation of artifacts. In this context, this project analyzes whether different histological fixatives interfere with the results of histochemical tests in the colleters of Genipa americana (Rubiaceae). The study compares the efficacy of two fixatives — FAA50 and Buffered Neutral Formalin (BNF) — in preserving the structural and histochemical composition of colleter secretions. The plant samples were collected, fixed, dehydrated, embedded in resin, and subjected to histochemical tests for the identification of polysaccharides, proteins, and phenolic compounds. The slides were mounted, analyzed, and photographed. The colleters of G. americana occur on the inner surface of the stipules and are of the standard type. Neutral polysaccharides, pectins, acidic mucopolysaccharides, and proteins were observed in the secretion. We found that the choice of fixative affects the preservation of cellular structures and the staining of histochemical test results. The results also demonstrated that FNT performed better in cell preservation, while the FAA stood out for enhancing staining. Thus, this work enriches the field of plant anatomy by showing that the type of fixative should be a strategic choice aligned with the study's requirements. In this context, this study aimed to analyze the process of adapting Mercado Livre's website to the requirements of the LGPD, identifying the main practices implemented, the challenges encountered, and their impacts on legal compliance and user experience. The research is characterized as qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive, based on bibliographic and documentary research, a case study, and field research conducted with companies located in the region of Acreúna, Goiás, Brazil. The analysis addressed aspects such as privacy policies, cookie management, consent mechanisms, information security, data subjects' rights, and data governance. The results indicate that Mercado Livre demonstrates a high level of compliance with the principles established by the LGPD through accessible privacy policies, consent management mechanisms, and investments in information security. On the other hand, the field research revealed that local companies still face significant challenges, including limited knowledge of the legislation, financial constraints, lack of specific tools, and technical difficulties in implementing compliance measures. It is concluded that compliance with the LGPD is a continuous process that requires investments in technology, governance, organizational training, and awareness, contributing to the protection of personal data, strengthening users' trust, and promoting responsible digital governance.
