Abstract: This study analyzes the landscape of technologies applied to management processes in grain
storage units in the municipality of Rio Verde (GO), focusing on operational efficiency and
quality assurance. The storage sector plays a strategic role in agribusiness, requiring solutions
that mitigate losses and optimize the conservation of agricultural assets. The central objective
was to diagnose the technological maturity level of local units and develop a technical product
capable of guiding the strategic modernization of these structures. Methodologically, the
research is characterized as an applied case study using a mixed approach (quantitative and
qualitative). Data collection was conducted through structured questionnaires sent to managers
of storage units, and the treatment of qualitative data was based on Bardin's (2016) Content
Analysis technique. The results indicate that the sector has a consolidated technological base
for temperature and ventilation monitoring, processes considered highly effective by 100% of
respondents. However, a significant gap was identified in the adoption of Industry 4.0
technologies, such as IoT and Artificial Intelligence, primarily due to high implementation costs
and the need for a skilled workforce. Qualitative analysis revealed that technology is perceived
not only as a physical preservation tool but also as a pillar of credibility, regulatory compliance,
and access to financial credit. As a practical contribution, the Modular Strategic Guide for
Technological Modernization was developed, offering a scalable roadmap for managers to
implement innovations in a sustainable and financially viable manner. It is concluded that
efficiency in storage management in Rio Verde depends on overcoming economic barriers
through modular planning, ensuring the competitiveness and quality of grain in the global
market.

Abstract: Rural connectivity has a direct impact on the agricultural sector, and its absence represents a structural barrier that limits access to technical, productive, and management information for farming activities. This study emphasizes the relevance of mobile connectivity for fami-ly farming, analyzing how network coverage influences the integrated management of rural properties. The main objective is to evaluate the effects of mobile signal coverage on the management of family farming units in Rio Verde (GO), comparing areas with and without coverage. The research was conducted through bibliographic review, documentary analysis, and primary data collection with farmers, using both quantitative and qualitative approaches to broaden the understanding of the results. Findings reveal that, despite low income, limited mechanization, and restricted participation in public policies, farmers show high smartphone usage and strong awareness of the importance of connectivity for education, financial ser-vices, commercialization, and cooperation among producers. The study highlights the main challenges and opportunities for family farming in the context of digital transformation, showing that access to reliable internet can strengthen competitiveness, increase production efficiency, and reduce rural-to-urban migration. Connectivity, by enabling access to real-time weather forecasts, input prices, and market channels, becomes indispensable for the sustainability of family farming and for improving living conditions in rural áreas.

Abstract: Technological Readiness Levels (TRL’s) are widely used as eligibility criteria in innovation
funding calls; however, many organizations—particularly micro and small enterprises—face
difficulties in accurately identifying the development stage of their technologies. The absence
of accessible, standardized, and reliable instruments for measuring technological maturity
undermines the alignment of proposals with funding agencies’ requirements and may limit
access to innovation resources. This study proposes and develops a Virtual Technological
Maturity Platform, grounded in technological auditing and structured around TRL levels,
capable of diagnosing the development stage of technologies, supporting decision-making, and
guiding qualified submissions to funding mechanisms. The research is based on a theoretical
review of technological auditing, innovation management, and TRL, as well as on the analysis
of consolidated technology assessment models employed by renowned institutions. From this
framework, a diagnostic instrument composed of parameterized strategic questions was
developed and subsequently implemented in a web-based digital platform. As a Technical
Technological Product, a digital solution was conceived to automatically identify the TRL of
projects, organizations, or solutions, systematizing strategic information and providing
guidance regarding compliance with funding calls and programs. The platform contributes to
strengthening innovation governance and bridging science, technology, and the market. The
adoption of a structured TRL-based technological auditing instrument can enhance
organizations’ capacity to understand their technological positioning, improve R&D&I
proposals, and increase the likelihood of securing funding. The Virtual Technological Maturity
Platform demonstrates potential to strengthen the effectiveness of public innovation policies
and evidence-based decision-making. Validation will be conducted across different sectors and
organizational sizes, with future developments including integration with funding agencies’
databases, incorporation of new metrics, and continuous improvement through analytical
intelligence and learning from real-world use.
