Abstract: In recent decades, the intensification of Brazilian agribusiness activities has increased the challenges related to environmental management, especially with regard to the management and proper disposal of waste from the use of pesticides. In this context, reverse logistics stands out as a strategic instrument for mitigating environmental impacts, promoting shared responsibility, and strengthening sustainability in production chains. The present work aimed to analyze the evolution of reverse logistics in the agribusiness sector of Rio Verde – GO, considering its regulatory and operational aspects, with emphasis on the management of empty crop protection packaging. The research is characterized as qualitative, exploratory and descriptive in nature, being developed through bibliographic and documentary review. Books, scientific articles, federal, state and municipal legislation were analyzed, with emphasis on the National Solid Waste Policy, as well as institutional documents, such as the Municipal Plan for Integrated Solid Waste Management of Rio Verde – GO, in order to understand the normative and operational structure of reverse logistics in the local context. The results show that the municipality has a legal framework aligned with national guidelines and has delivery points and receiving units integrated with consolidated reverse logistics systems, which contributes to the reduction of inappropriate disposal practices and to the mitigation of environmental impacts. However, challenges were identified related to the expansion of territorial coverage, the intensification of environmental education and the strengthening of inspection. It is concluded that reverse logistics is an essential instrument for the sustainability of agribusiness in Rio Verde – GO, and it is necessary to expand public policies and integrated actions that strengthen environmental governance and promote the balance between economic development and environmental preservation.

Abstract: Family farming has taken on a strategic role in food supply and public policies in Brazil. This study aims to analyze the impacts of the Food Acquisition Program (PAA) on the commercialization and income of family farmers in Southwest Goiano between 2005 and 2024. The research applied a mixed methodology, combining bibliographic review and analysis of secondary data from official sources such as CONAB and the Ministry of Citizenship. The results show that Rio Verde leads in commercialized volume and financial value, followed by Jataí and Mineiros, while smaller municipalities show reduced participation, revealing structural inequalities in the program’s implementation and confirming its positive impact on the local economy and the strengthening of family farming.

This industry-leading company demonstrates that diversity and inclusion are fundamental pillars of organizational success. With over 110 PWDs in leadership positions, COMIGO proves that people with disabilities are capable of performing any role, provided they are given the right conditions and an inclusive work environment. Through specific adaptations and training, the company has been able to overcome challenges and ensure the full integration of these professionals. The results are impressive. The performance indicators of PWDs are comparable to those of other employees, and the company has reaped the rewards of diversity, with increased creativity, innovation, and employee engagement. Furthermore, the company has been recognized as a model of inclusion, inspiring other organizations to follow suit. The inclusion of PWDs is not just a legal matter, but also a social commitment. Abstract: Considering the current context, rural administration emerges as an interdisciplinary field of study that aims to understand and optimize management processes in the agricultural and agribusiness context. The importance of the chosen topic lies in its practical and academic relevance, as the effectiveness of management in the rural environment not only impacts the productivity and competitiveness of agricultural companies. This work aims to analyze the land-scape of publications in rural administration through a quantitative survey of the research pub-lished in the SOBER (Brazilian Society of Rural Economics, Administration and Sociology) congresses, identifying through a qualitative analysis the prominent topic researched in each thematic area, in order to ascertain the scenario of publications on rural administration made from 2019 to 2023. From this investigation, it was found that, of the 125 published articles, the thematic area of finance had the highest volume of publications with 56 articles, followed by the area of strategic management with 24 articles, of which 22 addressed the prominent topic of economic feasibility analysis and 6 addressed the prominent topic of competitive analysis, respectively. A considerable reduction in publications was noticed in the years 2021 and 2022 and few studies related to marketing. This research provides alternatives for future investigations, encouraging a deeper exploration of the topic in other sources of research on rural administration.
