Abstract: This work presents the development of a chatbot based on Retrieval-Augmented Gene&#xD;
ration (RAG), adapted to process data from the official announcements of IF Goiano Campus&#xD;
Urutaí, specifically those related to research, graduation regulations, and student assistance.&#xD;
The system aims to optimize query time for students and professors and reduce the adminis&#xD;
trative workload of secretariats and coordinations. The development methodology was divided&#xD;
into five phases: data collection and preparation, creation of the knowledge base with embed&#xD;
dings, RAG system development, construction of the user interface (chatbot), and finally, sys&#xD;
tem testing and evaluation. After several tests and database improvements, positive results were&#xD;
achieved, demonstrating the solution’s viability, although potential for future improvements and&#xD;
implementations was also identified.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of cloud storage on business operations through a &#xD;
comparative approach between the main services available in the market: Google Workspace, &#xD;
Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, and Amazon S3. The research was developed based on &#xD;
technical, security, cost-benefit, and integration criteria, applied in a practical simulation in &#xD;
the fictional company TecnoPlus Soluções. The study demonstrated how different solutions &#xD;
can meet the needs of micro and small enterprises, considering aspects such as data volume, &#xD;
cross-department collaboration, LGPD compliance, and information protection. Strategic &#xD;
tools such as SWOT matrix and risk analysis were used to enhance understanding of the &#xD;
strengths and weaknesses of each service. The results show that, when properly implemented, &#xD;
cloud solutions represent a viable, secure, and scalable alternative for optimizing &#xD;
organizational processes.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the transformation of business processes, through a literature review. AI has played a central role in task automation, improved decision-making, and the personalization of customer experience. The research identified the main benefits of AI adoption, such as increased productivity, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage. However, significant challenges were also noted, including ethical, legal, and technical risks related to data use, algorithmic bias, and the replacement of human labor. The analysis highlights that, for a successful and responsible implementation, companies must invest in strategic planning, professional training, and data governance. It is concluded that AI is a powerful tool whose impact depends directly on how it is managed and integrated into organizational strategies.&#xD;

Abstract: This project aims to address the evolution of digital marketing, from its origins to the digital age, highlighting its social, economic, and technological transformations. Over the years, marketing has adapted to the needs of society and the growth of technologies and social media, revolutionizing how advertisements are produced and customers are reached. Digital marketing, defined as the promotion of products or brands through digital media, it has become an indispensable tool for companies in an increasingly competitive market. The study of the history and evolution of marketing is essential to understanding the present and attempting to predict the future of the field, aiding in the resolution of current marketing problems. To this end, the project reconstructs the trajectory of marketing, from its prehistory to the emergence and development of digital marketing, with emphasis on its transformation by technology and social media.
