Abstract: The representation of the female body in Natural Sciences textbooks still presents gaps that &#xD;
reinforce a predominantly reproductive view of sexuality, silencing aspects related to the &#xD;
anatomy of the clitoris and compromising both female bodily autonomy and the teaching and &#xD;
learning process. This study aimed to analyze how female sexuality is represented in textbook &#xD;
collections approved by the 2021 National Textbook and Teaching Material Program (PNLD) &#xD;
and to identify whether there is an omission regarding the anatomy of the clitoris. A &#xD;
bibliographic and documentary research with a qualitative approach was conducted based on &#xD;
Laurence Bardin’s content analysis, analyzing 42 textbooks from seven collections. The &#xD;
results revealed a historical pattern of invisibilization, as content related to the female &#xD;
genitourinary system was found in only four volumes. It is concluded that these collections &#xD;
address the female genitourinary system in a superficial manner. Therefore, the PNLD &#xD;
requires new evaluation methods, and an accurate and inclusive biological perspective on the &#xD;
female genitourinary system is urgently needed to ensure students’ knowledge.

Abstract: The teaching of anatomy constitutes an important resource for understanding concepts related to zoology, physiology, and evolution. However, in undergraduate Biology teacher education programs, the use of anatomical specimens or didactic models does not always occur adequately, due to factors such as the difficulty in obtaining and preserving biological material, limitations in laboratory infrastructure, the costs associated with acquiring commercial anatomical models, or sociopsychological factors related to students’ handling of specimens. In this context, the present study aimed to evaluate the feasibility of using recycled paper as a raw material for the construction of a three-dimensional prototype of a mammalian heart, employing the artisanal techniques of papier-mâché and paper layering. The methodology consisted of planning and constructing the prototype, including a description of the manufacturing stages and a subsequent analysis of the structural characteristics obtained. The results indicated that the properties of paper allow the modeling of complex anatomical structures, enabling the production of a low-cost, accessible, and reproducible didactic resource, representing a viable alternative to the exclusive use of biological specimens or commercial models in anatomy teaching. Furthermore, both the prototype and the techniques employed demonstrated pedagogical potential, as they may contribute to the study of the cardiovascular system and support the application of practical activities involving student participation in the construction of anatomical models.

Abstract: Southern blight (Agroathelia rolfsii) is one of the major threats to soybean production, causing significant yield losses due to its wide distribution and high aggressiveness. Polyvalent strains of Trichoderma spp. have been widely employed in the biological control of several plant diseases and are recognized for their effectiveness as sustainable alternatives in agriculture. In this study, 21 Trichoderma spp. isolates (wild-type and transformed) were evaluated to identify those capable of producing volatile organic compounds (VOCs) with antagonistic activity against A. rolfsii. The assay was conducted in vitro using the double-plate technique, which allows interaction between microorganisms through a shared atmosphere without direct contact. The experimental design was completely randomized, consisting of 21 Trichoderma spp. isolates with three replicates each, paired individually with one A. rolfsii isolate, totaling 63 experimental units (excluding pathogen and Trichoderma spp. controls). Plates were incubated at 27 °C under a 12-h photoperiod. After complete colonization of the control plates, colony diameters (mm) were measured using a digital caliper, and the mean percentages of mycelial growth inhibition were calculated. Data were subjected to analysis of variance, and means were compared using the Scott–Knott test (1974) at a 5% significance level, using R software. Regarding the area under the mycelial growth progress curve of Trichoderma spp. isolates (AUCMGt), isolates IF 114, IF 123, IF 132, and IF 135 exhibited the highest values, whereas the lowest values were observed for IF 113, IF 124, IF 127, IF 130, and IF 137. Concerning the apparent mycelial growth rate of Trichoderma spp. isolates (AMGRt), the highest values were recorded for IF 113, IF 125, IF 126, and IF 127, while the lowest values were observed for IF 114, IF 124, IF 130, IF 131, and IF 135. With respect to the antagonistic effect, the lowest values of the area under the mycelial growth progress curve of A. rolfsii (AUCMGa), indicative of greater pathogen suppression, were observed for isolates IF 114, IF 119, IF 132, IF 133, IF 134, and IF 135. In contrast, the highest values were recorded for isolates IF 124, IF 126, IF 130, and IF 137, which were therefore considered less effective in inhibiting pathogen growth. Isolates IF 113, IF 119, IF 121, IF 126, IF 127, IF 130, IF 131, IF 132, IF 133, and IF 135 more markedly reduced the mycelial expansion rate of A. rolfsii, whereas IF 114, IF 120, IF 122, IF 123, IF 124, IF 125, IF 128, IF 129, IF 134, IF 136, and IF 137 showed a lower effect on this variable. Trichoderma spp. isolates exhibited substantial variability in their ability to inhibit both mycelial growth and expansion rate of A. rolfsii. Isolates IF 114, IF 119, IF 132, IF 133, IF 134, and IF 135 demonstrated greater antagonistic potential, highlighting their relevance as candidates for the biological control of this pathogen. Overall, the results indicate that the selection of promising isolates for the biocontrol of A. rolfsii should consider both growth vigor and, most importantly, efficiency in pathogen suppression.

Abstract: Este Trabalho de Curso apresenta um relato de experiência desenvolvido no âmbito do &#xD;
Programa de Residência Pedagógica (PRP), que tem como objetivo refletir como a vivência &#xD;
como de uma licencianda, bolsista do PRP, possibilitou revisitar as contribuições do &#xD;
pensamento freiriano para reflexão de uma práxis pedagógica humanizada, crítica e &#xD;
emancipatória. Partindo do referencial teórico de Paulo Freire, discute-se a educação como &#xD;
prática libertadora, fundamentada no diálogo, na consciência crítica e na transformação social. &#xD;
A metodologia adotada é de natureza qualitativa, utilizando como principal fonte de dados os &#xD;
registros narrativos no portfólio produzido ao longo da participação da licencianda no PRP, no &#xD;
qual foram registradas atividades, observações e reflexões da licencianda. Os resultados &#xD;
revelam que a vivência da licencianda no PRP favorece o desenvolvimento de uma postura &#xD;
docente sensível às realidades dos estudantes, consciente dos condicionantes sociais e &#xD;
comprometida com uma educação democrática. Evidencia-se que a experiência formativa &#xD;
possibilitou articular teoria e prática por meio de ações dialógicas, metodologias ativas e &#xD;
práticas coletivas, reafirmando a atualidade e relevância do pensamento freiriano para a &#xD;
formação inicial de professores. Conclui-se que o PRP constituiu-se como um espaço fecundo &#xD;
para a construção de uma práxis humanizada e transformadora, contribuindo para a formação &#xD;
de educadores críticos, reflexivos e socialmente comprometidos.
