Abstract: This research analyzes the challenges faced by Individual Microentrepreneurs (MEIs) in the municipality of laciara, Goiás. Entrepreneurs face many obstacles in maintaining their businesses; therefore, this work seeks to identify the difficulties that MEIs face with formalization. To this end, quantitative and qualitative research was developed in this study. Questionnaires were applied to 7 Microentrepreneurs, and interviews were conducted with the same Microentrepreneurs whose businesses are linked to the municipality under study, laciara, Goiás. The analysis of the research identified motivators for informal entrepreneurs to formalize their businesses through the program: business regularization, case of formalization and low costs, the possibility of issuing invoices, labor rights, among others. The main difficulties in maintaining the business include planning and organizing the company, acquiring customers and making sales, finding reliable and inexpensive suppliers, innovating products and services, understanding and complying with legal obligations, and properly managing the business, among others. It is also worth noting that to keep their businesses compliant with public regulations, MEIs (Individual Microentrepreneurs) can count on the help of accountants, channels such as Sebrae (Brazilian Micro and Small Business Support Service), the local municipality, and family and friends who understand the subject. Some benefits are guaranteed to entrepreneurs who decide to join the program, including: simplified and reduced taxation, the right to retirement, sick pay, maternity and paternity leave, unemployment insurance, overtime pay, among others.

Abstract: This article analyzes the inclusion and performance of women in business administration, focusing on the invisible barriers and challenges faced in exercising female leadership within organizations. It investigates the persistence of gender inequalities and the factors that limit women's access to management positions. The research, of a bibliographical nature, using an inductive method and a qualitative approach, discusses the historical trajectory of women in the workplace, symbolic barriers such as the glass ceiling, and policies capable of promoting greater equity in organizations. The results indicate that the consolidation of female leadership requires cultural changes and the strengthening of diversity and equal opportunity policies.

Abstract: This work presents an experience report based on the trajectory I lived between 2021 and 2025 at SEBRAE/GO, during which I worked as an intern, outsourced receptionist, and administrative assistant. After nine years away from the job market to care for my family, the internship at SEBRAE marked my return and became the starting point for my professional growth. Administrative routines, customer service, document organization, the use of several internal systems, and support for consultants, employees, and especially entrepreneurs were among the skills developed throughout this period. Each position I held contributed to my development, helping me gain confidence, responsibility, and new abilities. This report also shows how the activities performed relate to the content studied in the Administration program, demonstrating that the theory learned in the classroom is directly connected to the institution’s daily practices. Finally, the report highlights how this journey contributed to my professional, personal, and academic development, emphasizing the importance of SEBRAE/GO in my growth and presenting my future prospects in the administrative field.; This work presents an experience report based on the trajectory I lived between 2021 and 2025 at SEBRAE/GO, during which I worked as an intern, outsourced receptionist, and administrative assistant.
