In this context, the present study aimed to evaluate the effects of inoculation with plant growth-promoting bacteria on the vegetative development, essential oil yield, and chemical composition of Cymbopogon citratus (lemongrass), as well as to assess the antagonistic activity of the essential oil against the phytopathogenic fungi Fusarium sp. and Bipolaris spp. The dissertation was organized into two complementary chapters. The first chapter consisted of a systematic literature review on the potential of essential oils from medicinal plants for the control of agricultural pests and diseases, following the PRISMA protocol and using the Scopus and Web of Science databases. The second chapter comprised a field experiment conducted in a randomized complete block design, evaluating different plant growth-promoting bacterial species, including Priestia aryabhattai, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus pumilus, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, and a bacterial consortium. Plant biometric characteristics, essential oil yield, chemical composition determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and the antifungal activity of the essential oil against the evaluated phytopathogens were analyzed. The systematic review demonstrated that compounds such as 1,8-cineole, thymol, carvacrol, and eugenol have considerable potential for the biological control of agricultural pests and diseases. In the experimental study, inoculation with plant growth-promoting bacteria showed potential to enhance lemongrass development and influence essential oil yield and chemical composition, in addition to contributing to the inhibition of the evaluated fungal pathogens. These findings reinforce the importance of integrating beneficial microorganisms and medicinal plants as a strategy for the development of bioinputs and for reducing dependence on synthetic pesticides, thereby promoting greater sustainability in agriculture. A phenomenon of spontaneous and bottom-up adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools has been observed, characterized by diffuse and non-formalized use prior to strategic organizational incorporation. In this context, the need arises to understand how agile methodologies can structure and optimize the implementation of these technologies in legal environments. The general objective of this research is to analyze, in scientific literature, the application of agile methodologies in the management of the implementation of Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation solutions in law firms and legal departments. The specific objectives are: (a) to map, in the scientific literature, the agile methodologies applied to the management of AI and RPA projects in the legal context; (b) to propose an agile management model for the implementation of AI and RPA solutions in law firms and legal departments, grounded in the reviewed literature; and (c) to develop didactic material, as a technical-technological product, to operationalize the proposed model for legal managers. Regarding the methods, a qualitative approach was adopted, based on a rapid review with a scoping orientation, conducted according to the guidelines of the Joanna Briggs Institute and the Cochrane Rapid Reviews Methods Group, reported following PRISMA-ScR and PRISMA 2020, with a protocol registered on the Open Science Framework and a time window from 2022 to 2026. Of the 317 records identified, four studies were included after screening and consensus between reviewers. An emerging and still scarce field was mapped: the intersection between agile management, AI/RPA, and the legal domain is absent from the international indexed databases and has materialized in four recent Brazilian studies (2022 to 2025), with a predominance of Scrum as the operating framework and a concentration in public legal services. Based on this synthesis, an agile management model was proposed, and a technical-technological product was developed, in the form of didactic material (a series of video lessons, a PDF guide, and editable templates), to operationalize it for legal managers. It is concluded that short iterative cycles and validation by domain experts are a condition for the feasibility of implementing AI and RPA in the sector, with a persisting gap between documented practice and academic literature. The study adopted a qualitative approach of a historical-documentary nature, based on bibliographic review and the analysis of documentary and audiovisual sources. The data were examined through Content Analysis, according to Bardin (2011), using categories defined in dialogue with the theoretical framework and the research objectives. The results indicate that the EIT played a significant role in the technical qualification of workers, meeting the productive demands of the period, while also revealing the contradictions of Professional and Technological Education in Brazil, particularly regarding the limits of comprehensive education. The analysis of the sources also highlights tensions between institutional memory and social memory, emphasizing processes of visibility and invisibility of the working class in the history of the institution. As an educational product, an institutional video with a documentary character was developed, aiming to contribute to the teaching of the history of vocational education and worker training in the context of the construction of Brasília. Teacher training has constituted a central issue across different historical periods, particularly due to its relationship with student learning and the quality of education. In the current context, the High School Reform (Law No. 13.415/2017, as amended by Law No. 14.945/2024) has reignited discussions concerning teacher training for integrated high school education, particularly in light of the need to articulate general and technical education and the recognition of professional expertise as a possible qualification for teaching practice. Grounded in an understanding of the "New" High School curriculum as an expression of the contradictions inherent in Brazilian reality and the historical duality of education, this qualitative research was conducted from a case study perspective. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with teachers involved in the implementation of the Technical and Professional Training pathway and with members of the management team of the school investigated. Data analysis was grounded in the contributions of authors such as Ciavatta (2005), Chauí (2020), Della Fonte (2018), Ramos (2008), Frigotto (2011), Moura (2007), and Machado (2021), among others who address the issues examined in this study. The analysis of the interviews, in dialogue with the relevant literature, revealed gaps in teacher training for professionals working within the Technical and Professional Training pathway, highlighting the absence of structured policies for continuing teacher training in Professional and Technological Education. As an educational product, this study presents a training booklet developed from the experiences of teachers directly involved in the implementation of the "New" High School in the school context. The material seeks to critically examine the impacts of this reform on teacher training and to understand the extent to which these changes have or have not promoted professional development processes for teachers working within the Technical and Professional Training pathway.
