Abstract: Professional and Technological Education (PTE) constitutes a strategic field for
Brazil’s social and economic development, by integrating scientific, technological, and civic
training. In recent years, the growing digitalization of teaching and learning processes has brought
new challenges and opportunities to this educational level. This article presents a systematic
literature review, covering the period between 2015 to 2025, on the use of digital technologies in
PTE. The survey included the SciELO and Google Scholar databases, as well as specialized
journals, resulting in 40 studies analyzed according to relevance criteria, year of publication, and
pedagogical focus. The results indicated that 32.5% of the publications emphasize active
methodologies and blended learning, followed by gamification and teacher training (17.5% each),
virtual and remote laboratories (15%), emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence,
augmented reality, and MOOCs (12.5%), in addition to digital inclusion practices (10%). It was
shown that the adoption of digital technologies fosters engagement, motivation, student
autonomy, and practical learning, especially in technical courses. In higher technological
education, resources such as digital platforms, MOOCs, and artificial intelligence stand out for
personalized learning. However, the studies reviewed highlight significant obstacles, such as
inequality of access, weaknesses in teacher training, and curricula poorly adapted to
contemporary demands. These gaps limit the full integration of digital culture into the educational
process, reinforcing the need for consistent public policies, investments in infrastructure, and
continuous teacher training programs. In this context, it is concluded that the incorporation of
digital technologies in Brazilian PTE holds great potential for pedagogical innovation and social
inclusion. Nevertheless, its impact can only be realized when aligned with critical pedagogical
approaches, updated curricula, and equity strategies, in accordance with the Sustainable
Development Goals (SDGs).

Abstract: Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites produced by filamentous fungi such as Aspergillus,
Fusarium, and Penicillium that contaminate grains, cereals, and other plant-based foods, posing
serious risks to human and animal health as well as significant economic losses. Given the
limitations of conventional physical and chemical methods for mycotoxin control, the use of
microorganisms has emerged as a promising and sustainable biotechnological alternative. In this
context, the general objective of this study was to analyze the use of microorganisms in combating
mycotoxins, emphasizing their mechanisms of action, effectiveness, and potential application
within the food and feed production chain. The methodology consisted of a descriptive and
analytical literature review based on the selection of scientific articles, books, and technical
documents published in recognized databases such as Scopus, PubMed, and SciELO. Studies
addressing the use of bacteria, yeasts, and fungi with the capacity for adsorption,
biotransformation, or degradation of mycotoxins were included, with priority given to recent
publications. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively in order to identify patterns, recurring
findings, and gaps in the scientific knowledge on the subject. The main results indicate that several
microorganisms exhibit high efficiency in mycotoxin control. Lactic acid bacteria, such as
Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium, demonstrate the ability to adsorb mycotoxins on their cell
walls, thereby reducing their bioavailability. Yeasts, particularly Saccharomyces cerevisiae, stand
out for their physical binding to toxins and their practical application as feed additives. In addition,
certain microorganisms possess specific enzymes capable of degrading mycotoxins into less toxic
compounds, as observed in bacterial and fungal species with biotransformation activity. The
analyzed studies report significant reductions in toxicity, improved food safety, and lower
environmental impact when compared to traditional methods. It is concluded that the use of
microorganisms in combating mycotoxins represents an effective, safe, and environmentally
sustainable strategy with great potential for industrial application. Despite these advances, further
studies are required to standardize microbial strains, evaluate their stability in different food
matrices, and validate their effectiveness on an industrial scale. Therefore, microbial
biotechnology represents a strategic field for the development of innovative solutions in
mycotoxin control and the promotion of food safety.

Abstract: Phosphorus (P) availability is one of the main factors limiting soybean productivity in
tropical soils. Phosphate-solubilizing bacteria can increase the available fraction of P in the soil
and improve crop performance. This study aimed to evaluate the efficiency and agronomic
viability of Bacillus velezensis, Priestia megaterium, and Bacillus subtilis in soybean during
the 2024/25 growing season. The experiment was conducted in Canarana, Mato Grosso, Brazil,
using a randomized block design with six treatments and five replications, including different
methods and timing of inoculant application. Plant stand, plant height, fresh and dry shoot
biomass, leaf and grain nutrient contents, soil chemical attributes, yield, and thousand-grain
weight were evaluated. Soil P extracted by Mehlich-1 reached a maximum value of 66.38 mg
dm⁻³ in the furrow-applied treatment, differing from the treatment applied at the V3/V4 growth
stage. For yield, the highest numerical value was 5,254.22 kg ha⁻¹ (87.55 bags ha⁻¹),
corresponding to a 12.16% increase. Overall, the inoculants did not significantly alter yield
components under the evaluated conditions, but they demonstrated potential to maintain
productivity and influence soil chemical attributes, depending on edaphoclimatic conditions
and management practices.

Abstract: This study analyzes the use of the video game Civilization VI as a didactic tool in History education. Digital games with historical content enable the experimentation of the past through simulations, going beyond mere entertainment and providing resources for the construction of historical knowledge in the classroom. The research reflects on the role of these games in teaching, presenting the Civilization franchise as an example of historical representation and detailing the features of Civilization VI as a simulator of the past. The methodology adopted is qualitative and exploratory, including the analysis of the game and a review of academic studies published between 2016 and 2025, primarily retrieved from Google Scholar using the descriptors “Sid Meier’s Civilization VI” and “Civilization VI and History Education.” The study shows that Civilization VI contributes to making lessons more dynamic, engaging, and immersive, integrating historical theory and practice. The results reinforce the relevance of digital games as pedagogical tools capable of promoting meaningful learning and stimulating critical reflection on the past.
